Psychic Reader publishes independent guides about reading methods and choosing an outside service. We do not provide sessions, manage adviser accounts, take bookings, or process payments. This page explains which questions belong here and which need to go to the provider that handled your session.

Questions about this website

For questions about the information on this site, use the published contact address below:

[email protected]

You can report a broken link, unclear wording, accessibility issue, missing partner disclosure, or a passage that appears inaccurate. Include the page URL and a short description so the issue can be identified. A public source may help if you are reporting a factual error. We do not publish a guaranteed response time.

Questions about an outside reading

If you reached a reading provider through a link on this site, that provider is responsible for the session and transaction. Use the contact or help option in your provider account, confirmation email, receipt, or the provider’s own website for:

  • Booking or changing an appointment
  • Adviser availability, chat, phone, or video access
  • Payment, credits, billing, or cancellation
  • Session records, privacy requests, complaints, or refunds

Contacting Psychic Reader cannot change an outside booking or issue a refund. Keep your provider receipt and the relevant transaction details for its support process. Our refund guidance explains what to check before making a request.

Share only what is needed

For website feedback, please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, account credentials, or intimate details from a session. A page address and a description of the problem are usually enough. If your request concerns private information held by an outside provider, contact that provider through its published privacy or support channel.

Some links on Psychic Reader may earn us a commission. An outside provider remains responsible for its services and support. See our editorial policy for how we describe partner links and corrections.
