Eligibility

You may request a refund or complimentary follow-up session if:

• You contact us within 24 hours of your session
• You can describe the specific reason for your dissatisfaction
• The session was completed through our platform

What We Offer

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• A full refund of the session fee
• A complimentary follow-up session with the same or a different reader
• Account credit for future sessions

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your session details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all refund requests within 5 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for sessions that were completed as described and where the client participated fully. Our refund policy does not cover dissatisfaction with the content or predictions of a reading, as psychic readings are subjective by nature.
